How to register:

Via the App

  • Download the PadelStars App (IOS & Andriod) to your phone.

  • Open the app and click Sign Up!

  • Once you’ve signed up and created your PadelStars account you will be able to login and start booking.

Via the Web

  • Visit our online portal and click Sign Up.
  • Once you’ve signed up and created your PadelStars account you will be able to login and start booking.

How to book a court:

You can book a court for a 60min or 90min session paying for the whole court fee. However, if you wish to split the fee of the court between other players then you will be able to add active members to the booking splitting the fee between those added players. Please note: the booking will only be confirmed once all guests have paid.

Via the App

  • Click ‘Book a Court’ from the bottom menu on the homepage or from the sidebar menu.
  • Select the PadelStars location that you are trying to book from the dropdown.
  • Next choose the preferred date, duration & time for your booking and click ‘Check Availability’.
  • On the next page you will see the closest available time slots.
  • Once you’ve picked a court you will be given the option to add players.
  • Finally, review the booking details and click ‘Book’ to pay.

Via the Web

  • Click ‘Book a Court’ from the main menu at the top of the homepage.

  • Choose the date of your booking from the ‘Date’ tab and select the PadelStars location you are trying to book from the ‘Time Table’ tab to see the available timeslots and courts on the booking grid.

  • To book a time slot click on a chosen start time and choose a 60min or 90min session from the pop up window.

  • At this point you will be able to add players.
  • Finally, review the booking details and select your payment method to pay online.

How to open matches:

What is an Open Match?

An Open Match is when someone books themselves into a game leaving 3 other spaces open for other players to join. You can restrict an Open Match, by tailoring the level you want to play with, and you can also create a private match and invite your friends to join in the app.

When you book your slot in an open match, you will be paying your share of the court fee.

Via the App

  • Click ‘Open Matches’ from the bottom menu on the homepage or from the sidebar menu.

  • Here you will see all available open matches. If you see a game that you would like to join then select it and add yourself, paying for your share of the court fee.
  • If you would like to open a new match then click ‘Create New’ from the top menu.
  • Select the PadelStars location where you would like to play from the dropdown.

  • Next choose the preferred date, duration & time for your game and click ‘Check Availability’.

  • On the next page you will see the closest available time slots.

  • Once you’ve picked a court you can tailor the level you want to play with, and you can also choose to have a private match and invite your friends to join it in the app or leave it open for any members to join.

  • On the next page you will see the closest available time slots.
  • Once you’ve picked a court you can tailor the level you want to play with, and you can also choose to have a private match and invite your friends to join it in the app or leave it open for any members to join.
  • Pick a position and click ‘Join’.
  • Finally, review the booking details select payment method and click ‘Confirm’ to pay.

All of your open matches, court bookings & activities will appear in ‘My Schedule’ section on the app homepage and in the sidebar menu and your open matches will also appear in ‘My Matches’ in the Open Matches section of the app, where you can share the game with people you know.

How to cancel a booking:

Via the App

  • Open the sidebar menu in the top left corner and click ‘My Schedule’.
  • Here you will see your upcoming bookings. Click the booking you are looking to cancel.
  • Next click ‘Cancel Booking’.

Via the Web

  • From the default home page you will see your bookings under ‘Next Activities’, alternatively click ‘My Schedule’ to view your bookings.
  • Click on the booking you are looking to cancel.
  • Next click ‘Cancel Booking’.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your bookings at any time.

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the booking is scheduled to take place, your full booking fee will be credited as a balance on your account to be used for future bookings.

If you cancel your booking within 24 hours or less to when the booking is scheduled to take place then you will not be entitled to any credit or balance.
